Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateways.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account and view your order status in the Orders section.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! For bulk orders or project furnishing, please contact our sales team at info@sharpedgefurniture.co.ke for customized quotes and special pricing.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping rates?

Zone 1 (Nairobi & immediate surroundings): KES 1,000 flat rate. Zone 2 (Other regions in Kenya): KES 1,500 base rate. Rates may vary based on size and location.

How long does delivery take?

Nairobi deliveries: 2-5 business days. Other regions: 5-10 business days. Complex items may require additional time for assembly.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across Kenya. For remote areas, please contact us at info@sharpedgefurniture.co.ke to confirm delivery availability.

Do you offer assembly services?

Assembly services are available for an additional fee. Contact us when placing your order to arrange assembly.3
Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.

How do I return an item?

Contact info@sharpedgefurniture.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. We’ll arrange pickup for damaged/incorrect items or provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Which items cannot be returned?

Custom-made items, assembled furniture, and items damaged due to customer error cannot be returned. See our full Return Policy for complete terms.

Do you offer warranties?

We do not offer warranties, but we ensure quality products. Damaged or defective items can be reported within 48 hours for replacement or refund.

Are your products assembled?

Most furniture requires assembly. We provide detailed instructions and hardware. Assembly services are available for an additional fee.

Can I see the products in person?
